Discipled Men = Discipled Families

CIF believes that "Manhood and Christlikeness are synonymous." We desire men to be instructed, to be informed and to be  inspired  regarding real manhood. We also want men to be involved in the biblical pattern of discipling other men (2 Tim. 2:22). Mature men produce strong families when they begin to guide, govern and guard their households. They are also pillars of support for their pastors when they serve their congregations actively, resulting in strong churches. Strong churches make strong communities and strong communities make strong nations. We believe in training men, and as men accept their responsibility to lead in righteousness, we will see stability and strength at work, in homes and in nations.

We continually challenge the men in our church to rise up as cell group leaders and ministry heads, leading others in godly wisdom and in the ways of God. Through our focus on strong manhood, God has worked in the hearts of the men in our church and has raised them up to be shining examples in the body of Christ.

It is the man, and not the organization that makes the ministry great. The ministry exists for the man, not the man for the ministry. Men are always looking for better methods. However, while men look for better methods, God looks for better men!
